Life beyond Residency

The Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center Family Medicine Residency program extends far beyond education and work. We have created an environment of camaraderie and celebration filled with social and recreational activities that give our residents downtime while providing opportunities to build long-lasting relationships.

Community

One of the things our residents value most is the strong sense of community within our program. Residents from all classes spend time together outside of work through cookouts, holiday gatherings, sporting events, game nights and informal get-togethers.
