You may need these resources and applications if you’re about to start a new job with us or are already employed here. Some of them are secure and require you to be authenticated to the Atrium Health network. If you have questions, contact the Information Services and Technology Service Desk at 706-509-5700.
- Teammate Health Portal: Access the Sick Teammate Evaluation Form, Return to Work Requests and your Teammate Health records from this secure site. You will need to use your Atrium Health credentials to access this site. Complete a Sick Teammate Evaluation Form.

- Meritain Health: Meritain Health, an Aetna company, provides the medical health plans for Advocate Health. Find a health care provider, access claims information, find your insurance card and more.
- Atrium Health teammate site, including human resources: This teammate portal provides information and links for benefits and compensation, the Employee Assistance Program, pay and time, the LiveWell program, links to the careers section and more. This website can be accessed 24/7 from any device, and the content is viewable without a login.
- Atrium Health Floyd PTO information, symplyr (for timecards) and Workday: View Atrium Health Floyd PTO information, find the login pages for symplyr and Workday, view the Floyd holiday schedule and more.
- Total Rewards: Visit this site to review or enroll in benefits, change retirement savings plan elections, submit a life event, update or add dependents, and link to benefit vendors.
Links within the Atrium Health Network
If you need to access applications or resources on the Atrium Health Network from a mobile device or personal computer, you must have secure, remote access. To set up this authentication, contact the IST Service Desk at 706-509-5700.
After you have set up this authentication, you will have access to the following applications or sections:
- Office 365 (Email)
- Kronos: For Atrium Health teammates to manage their timecard
- CoreConnect : This secure portal allows teammates to access information that includes pay , benefits and direct deposit
- PeopleConnect: Atrium Health Floyd intranet for teammate resources and tools
- Quick Links: Including HealthStream, courier requests, Atrium Health Floyd forms and policies, and ShiftSelect
